Avalanche is a minigame in Epic Minigames. There are currently two maps for this minigame: Original and Neapolitan.
Appearance[]
Original[]
The map is a giant stone slope covered in snow. There are trees, a house and other objects out of reach for the players. There is a body water at the bottom of the slope. The scenery has a lot of trees and terrain.
Neapolitan[]
The map resembles Neapolitan ice cream. It has strawberry on the left, vanilla in the middle, and chocolate on the right. There are also pine trees and sweets on the cliffs.
Gameplay[]
In this minigame, players are spawned at the bottom of a mountain. When the minigame begins, giant blocks of snow will fall down from the top and slide down the slope quickly. The objective for the players is to dodge the snow by moving side-to-side or jumping over them for 45 seconds.
Tips[]
- Avoid jumping over the blocks of snow unless absolutely necessary. Although it's possible to jump over them, you may not be able to survive.
- Do not go to the front/top. Doing so will increase the chances of dying.
Trivia[]
- Players used to be able to reach the very front of the map to avoid being hit by the blocks of snow.
- There is currently one removed map for this minigame: The previous original map.
- The expanded version of the previous original map was still playable in large servers, even though it was removed from 12-player servers. This is now no longer the case as the expanded version of the map revamp was implemented on 28 April, 2023.
- The snow blocks in Neapolitan used to be white, but was updated on 22 July, 2022, where they are the same colour as the layer of ice cream they are the closest to.
- The thumbnail was also updated this day.
